What We Do
About the NoHoBID
BID Programs
Since the NoHo BID began its work in 2007, it has exceeded the expectations of its founding members.
The NoHo BID, located in the heart of the NoHo Arts District, has made the area cleaner and safer and in doing so, it has attracted new investment, new development, and new businesses.
The BID has encouraged improvements to existing properties and secured several streetscape improvements making the area more attractive and pedestrian friendly, as well as generating positive publicity about the Arts District and its members, and has created a unified voice for its property owners.
